1. What is trading hours?

Normally we open from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. We may also open on Public holiday, trading hours maybe different, please contact us for more detail.

 

2. Do we accept credit card payment through phone?

We currently don't provide this service, orders must be placed and paid online.

 

3. What courier companies we are using?

We are using TNT, Star track, Australia post for interstates, Go logistics for local delivery

 

4. Do we provide same day delivery?

As long as the order can be placed before 10am, we can send out by Go Logistics for same day delivery.

 

5. How to use Store Credit?

There are 2 ways to use store credit. 

1) If customers sign in with Shop Pay methods, some customers information such as shipping address and credit card number, then they can use the store credit at the check out page. See the photo attached

2) If customers dont want to save information or use Shop pay, then there is no any other choice now to apply the store credit. The only way to do is customers just place orders and authorize payment for the full orders, the payment will be just pending in customers bank account. Once we fulfill the orders, as long as customers have store credit, then we can capture the payment after the credit amount, we will manually record the credit deduction in our offline EPR system. If the orders amount is more than credit amount, then the total credit will be applied. But if orders amount is less than credit amount, we will only capture $1 from this authorized payment, as we cannot capture $0 online, the rest deduction will be recorded in the system.
