Warranty and Return Policy

Skyline Mobile Parts offer customers 1 year warranty from the date your receive stocks for all products we sell, excludes any physical damage or liquid damage. If more than 1 year, Skyline Mobile Parts does not provide any return or exchange warranty. Skyline Mobile Parts can issue a free return label after you contact our store manager. 

Return Policy

1. All skyline Mobile Parts comes with "LTA" stamp or sticker, if there is no any of them, the warranty will be rejected

2. If customer cannot provide the proof of purchase, Skyline Mobile Parts will reject the warranty no matter if the parts belong to us or not

3. Any physical or liquid damage will not be accepted

4. Skyline Mobile Parts does not cover any loss during the transit back to us, such damage, lost or any other issues. 

5. Customer can decide whether refund or store credit. If for store credit, we will deduct the amount from the following orders, until the credit all applied. 

6. The store credit is not refundable, transferable or for cash redeem.
